Fox actually has some very good presenters like Chris Wallace and O'Reilly. They are the top-notch presenters who are tough and fair and can make any politician sweat with their questions. Again, don't deny that there are couple of very cynical presenters like Sean Hannity Steve Doocy, who really reflect Fox channel poorly.
However, in my overall opinion, with all the negatives and good positives Fox news is fair and give excellent presentation.
I think O'Reilly makes it clear he is a commentator, not a journalist, but does make a fair effort to not be overtly critical. He takes a lot of unnecesary criticism because people hate his political stances, not so much his presentation style.
But he does tell people to shut up and tends to interrupt people who disagree to edge them out of the time limit and then conveniently gives the opposition "the last word" on many occassions.

Apres; I am no fan of Bill Clinton, but he was not the one who brought up race in S.C., Obama used one of the oldest tricks in politics, they wanted to make race an issue, but Obama could not bring it up himself, he had one of his boys point to Clinton and say he was making race an issue, therefore Bill got the blame, and race became an issue, its like the guy who breaks wind is the first to point to someone else. Here's a question for you, why do reports say John Edwards excpets less money from lobbyists than Obama? HRC accepts money from healthcare, and I don't care. It's possible that mandated healthcare will benefit everyone if everyone is insured. Just like car insurance.

vertigate, I am delighted with the mandate. I think Obama's plan of voluntarily signing on will fail. Just like if you give driver's the choice to buy car insurance, far too many won't, and that raises rates on everyone else. I believe we've had this conversation before. I LIKE THE MANDATE, Okay? I think it's no different than car insurance. People bitched about that at first, too. Now everyone thinks it's smart.
About the mandate, what you fail to realize is that insurance companies will raise their prices when they have no demand pressure. It's basic economics. People will buy insurance when it is affordable, but if the question of affordability is discussed only between the government and the insurance companies, you have corporatism, and your income as well as your taxes are ultimately at stake to pay for the higher premiums for everyone. It's a pretty clear favor done by HRC to her lobbyist buddies.
Again, these lobbyists don't sponsor any campaign for free. They expect something in return. And when it comes to premiums, their interests are clearly opposed to yours.

Fox actually has some very good presenters like Chris Wallace and O'Reilly. They are the top-notch presenters who are tough and fair and can make any politician sweat with their questions. Again, don't deny that there are couple of very cynical presenters like Sean Hannity Steve Doocy, who really reflect Fox channel poorly.
However, in my overall opinion, with all the negatives and good positives Fox news is fair and give excellent presentation.

I think O'Reilly makes it clear he is a commentator, not a journalist, but does make a fair effort to not be overtly critical. He takes a lot of unnecesary criticism because people hate his political stances, not so much his presentation style.
But he does tell people to shut up and tends to interrupt people who disagree to edge them out of the time limit and then conveniently gives the opposition "the last word" on many occassions.
Fuck Hannity, he's a comedian, not a commentator.

Apres; I am no fan of Bill Clinton, but he was not the one who brought up race in S.C., Obama used one of the oldest tricks in politics, they wanted to make race an issue, but Obama could not bring it up himself, he had one of his boys point to Clinton and say he was making race an issue, therefore Bill got the blame, and race became an issue, its like the guy who breaks wind is the first to point to someone else. Oh Edwards. Last time I checked Edwards was not in the race anymore. But if you want to rely on reports, show me those reports to begin with, before you ask me questions about it. Last time I checked on the fec . gov site, Edwards did take money from PACs and Obama didn't. If you have any sponsors that I didn't know of, please go ahead and try to throw that at Obama. The point is though, HRC is putting the mandate into her plan and Obama isn't. I think that's the bigger issue.

vertigate, I am delighted with the mandate. I think Obama's plan of voluntarily signing on will fail. Just like if you give driver's the choice to buy car insurance, far too many won't, and that raises rates on everyone else. I believe we've had this conversation before. I LIKE THE MANDATE, Okay? About the mandate, what you fail to realize is that insurance companies will raise their prices when they have no demand pressure. It's basic economics. People will buy insurance when it is affordable, but if the question of affordability is discussed only between the government and the insurance companies, you have corporatism, and your income as well as your taxes are ultimately at stake to pay for the higher premiums for everyone. It's a pretty clear favor done by HRC to her lobbyist buddies.
