Well, really its the motorcyclist's fault here. The motorcyclist should of been wearing a helmet and protective armour and he shouldn't of been riding nowhere near that speed. As a motorcyclist you have to constantly analyze your surroundings up to 12 seconds ahead of you, even more so in wet weather and coming up to intersections, if this motorcyclist had been doing all of these things then he wouldn't of crashed.

Guys like him give us a bad name.

@theXPXSX well i take hit like that last summer when car turn in front of me in intersection i was riding 60km/h and i have serious bleedings in right lung right kidney and massive bleeding in the liver and shattered fracture to my right foot. and i was in intensive care about one week and now i have titan in my foot and my liver is still not working as it should be working. and i was not working about 2.5 months and was using the walking sticks 2.5 months and now i train to walk again

Ok, this was probably the best motorcycle win I've ever scene o.O and I love how drivers in Japan just keep going after a collision, they don't even slow down, it should be legal to gun someone down if you see them commit a hit and run.
