The connection between the Yemenis and the Berbers is very simple. North Africans traveled into Yemen a very long time ago so there are people who simply still resemble North Africans! And as for Yemenis being in North Africa Yes there are allot in central and southern Morocco in Mauritania in Algeria and throughout the Sahara and Sahel you will find Hassaniya speaking Yemenis and Tuareg's, a big Berber tribe, who mixed with these Yemenis so there are Tuareg's who descend from Yemenis as well!
