At about 0.17 the tubular bells don't seem to hit the right notes. Can I safely assume that they dubbed at least that part of the music in over the video?

Mike is a short bloke,no more than 170cm(estimated)

Don Lane is about the same height as John Cleese, about 6'4" or 6'5", apparently Mike is almost a foot shorter. (But a lot more excellent).
