As for the bit/baud rate thing, there is a difference. If I remember correctly, bit rate includes the extra information (such as parity and start and end bits) however baud rate only counts the actual data transferred, at whatever level. I may have them confused, but it has been over a year since I worked with them.

I felt like I was actually there at that pancake palace, hanging with a few buddies of mine. For the first time in several years, I had friends who I could talk to and have a good time with. It was like for just 11 wonderful minutes, I was a changed person and I finally had a reason to wake up in the morning. These 11 minutes made me feel something I haven't felt in my entire life. Excellent video, personal favorite of mine.
