You can also drive over gangmembers to get higher driving skill

An easier way for those of you who dont have 4 star driving skills. Follow the front flipper and driving high video. The jump from the top of the tower will be more than 6 seconds. It was for me at least.

Yes once you get your driving skill to 4 you can use the special on the Agency Vehicles. Just press and hold "B" when you go inside the SUV
