Apparently some of you never saw her in Friday NIght Lights. She is an excellent actress - and if you don't think she's beautiful, you're blind. And this ISN'T supposed to be the Wonder Woman your mom read in the comics as a kid - or the campy, dopey version from the 70's. It's supposed to be a MODERN take on the iconic heroine. Adrianne will do an awesome job. Let's just hope the writing and story arcs are good. Don't need another "The Cape."

@JBvsJER Yes, she's hot...from the neck down. But her chin juts too far out of proportion to her face, and all i can see is that huge overbite in her top teeth when i look at her. Maybe she isnt 'ugly' exactly, but she is 'cute' at best. And definately not beautiful or stunning. Kind of like Gwyneth Paltrow or Clair Danes. They are all cute, but none of them is 'stunning'. And certainly not stunning enough to play an iconic beauty like Wonder Woman. Dont be such a defensive fanboy. Jeez!

She has already proven that she can handling the physical side. She is also tall enough and has a lot of the same qualities that Lynda Carter brought to the role. Linda Carter was an absolute PHENOM back then, hardly any women looked like her. Now today there are so many HOT fit women that a woman playing this role should at least have some muscle tone and NOT just be just tall and skinny, which Adrianne is... tall and skinny... so NOT a believable Amazon.
