I made a beta of Jubilee.  She has a complete set of sprites, but could be a tad more fluid. I also plan on updating her clsn and axis, but it is a lot better than this jubilee and has her voice from X-Men Legends. You can get it at mugen history.

I've downloaded it and it could use some fixes. and hopefully, I hope you get rid of her "Win" Button. (she has an easy infinite with her crouch and A move) but I'll be looking forward to her update soon.
