  • Never listened to this song before. But I'm now permanently addicted to it. Only a highly matured ear will appreciate such a great composition of Salil Da and absolutely perfect rendition of the greatest vocalist ever.

  • absolute song

  • this is a very Rare master piece.... Two greats Rafi sahab and Salilda have combine to produce a mesmerizing result! A Thousand salutations !

  • Salil Chowdhary was only good in shuffling folk songs just like O.P. Nayyar.

  • Rafi sang superbly.

  • I'm Mohd. Rafi Habib, A Singer from A'bad/Pune... I think the song is good more important is this is a very rare song a Gem by Great Rafi sahab... I don't agree that the lyrics and Composition are too bad, but yes as compared to Singing and Voice of Rafi Sahab? They are not of that level...

  • What a rendition by Rafi Sahaab! Forceful, crisp, clear, rich intonation, putting life into an otherwise average lyrics and composition. I had last heard it in 1965 on the big screen and it's today 25.11.2008, that I heard it again - transporting me to that era when Rafi Sahaab was at his zenith.

    Nasir.

  • Resembles Din dhal jaaye of Guide in a way

  • Good tune wasted with over orchestration and poor lyric and rendition.

  • The original bangla version 'jodi kichhu amarrey sudhao' was created in 1963. Shyamal Mitra is far superior to rafi in comparisn.

  • absolutely correct. this song is a disaster. rafi's voice was not suited for Sali's compositions- no wonder Salil used him only sparingly...

  • @wotsinanaam ,your commet is a disaser, rafi sahab is any musicians choice , a voice like that never eved had any limitations , one who knows classical so well can sing anything and rafi sahab was a complete singer he never depended on any music director and some of the harkats he did in this song will go beyond ur head , learn music then u can understand the glory of rafi sahab

  • @singersourav you've given away your own ignorance by assuming that i am not music-literate. this is generally the case with blind admirers of rafi, they INCORRECTLY think that admiring rafi equates to good understanding of music and that admiration for rafi follows as a corollary to good understanding of music. l made my comment after listening to both versions, what's the basis for your comment? btw, please point out the specific harkats you mentioned, and let me see how much music you know?

  • no way no way

i never seen this b4 in my life not even in Audio.....

    thanx 4 upload
