Why didn't he win? There is something weird about "Project Runway". The ones that win obviously have no chance in heck of doing well commercially or critically. I almost think that they make sure that the winners are not going to be any threat as far as competition goes. After all, why would Michael Kors want to promote a good designer?

He took off his nice shoes, put shoe trees inside of them to hold their shape and then put on his other nice shoes to wear out on the street. My guess is he didn't want to get those dirty or they weren't as comfortable to walk in.

I totally totally agree with all of you who were disappointed when Austin was eliminated. I think that they must have wanted a little drama, and were willing to favor tension between the contestants rather than recognize Austin's true talent. My niece predicts that Austin must be really successful right now, and I just hope she's right. JH
