first race for the black and yellow MGD Colors. Also the US military schemes were in support of Operation Desert Storm at the time. These pit rules are nuts!

Where did you hear that? It makes sense, because he was saying some stupid stuff (calling Joe Ruttman "Troy"), but I've never heard that before.

@braves15 I've talked to a couple people who have the raw satellite feed of the race. Apparently at one point he asks for a gin and tonic and some cheesecake! He could have been joking, but who knows.
