The name "Hussein" means "handsome" and is fairly popular if you happen to be from Kenya. I can only assume that you have a problem with Obama's ethnic background if you're trying to make something like his name into an issue, in which case you are racist and should not be voting in any civilized country to begin with.

Lets see, I have 2 black friends and a Korean friends. No problems with ethnicity, really. I just don't think that someone with the name Barak Hussein Obama should be president. Doesn't sound like a true American name to me. Think of all the other presidents that have come to pass. It just doesn't sound like a name to represent America was all I am saying, and if that makes me a racist, then idk what else to say. I have the right to not like someones name, I don't even like my last name.

Actually it isn't. I guess though, I am a racist who has African-American and Koreans and people from India for friends? By the way, do you see presidents with european names in Africa, Asia, Japan? No, they all have names that fit their ethnicity. Like Hugo Chavez for instance.

You don't know how frustrating it is to be so influenced by US administration decisions but have absolutely no say - so we Canadians watch from the nose-bleeder seats at the stadium trying to influence the game by shouting out every once in a while - in vain, of course. There may even be a higher percentage of interested and informed Canadians watching this election than Americans.
