@MurkxDgamer It's the thing in the performance menu called "Kneecappers" ;) If you don't buy 'em you wont get spikes coming out of the wheels.

i found a way to get 2 of donnies voxels :when you finish the second brother hood mission the voxel will be in your garage but you will still be in the original one so drive to a garage and put it in and you will have 2 of this car :D
