Awesome video! btw my daughter used this hot weight loss program known as: Impact 790 Diet and lost 7 kgs within a month. I cannot remember the actual website just Google it
@Lakkhesis1976 You can still do 80-10-10 with cooked foods like rice, beans and veggies, but many people report that they get even better results eating mostly raw fruits and some tender green veggies, with the occasional avocado and moderate nuts and seeds.
I would do this all the time without even realizing I was doing this. I'd always imagine how the food would make me feel after I ate it and what type of effects it would have on my body. I.E. depressed & lethargic, weight gain, etc.
This made me realize how I managed to become a fruitarian! It's funny I did it unconsciously... from the moment I first quit (for instance) alcohol and tobacco, I consistantly associated the bad feelings and intellectual knowledge of how bad they are to our body... and I kept doing that over and over again for everything I gave up there after (meat, dairy, ...). But again, I really did (do) it unconsciously, without really deciding to do so anymore (it's automatic).
this is an AMAZING idea, pure genius! this can basically annihilates cravings! that bathroom scenario definiately did it for me (i was thinkin about chinese food) thanks for this huge tip!!!!
i learned to associate pizza and all cooked "comfort" foods with the most nasty things. When i think about i associate it with constipation, feeling drugged, numbed, having nasty creamy poo that smells like hyna or a 3 week old corpse. I associate the food with a lifelong extreme drug addiction like heroin that consumes your whole beeing. The best book on psycological addiction in general is allen carrs book about how to quit smoking. the principle works on everything, best book i ve ever read
that is a GREAT idea, screw 'willpower'! rather get rid of desires altogether! desire good not yucky. when i was a child i DID desire fruit yum yum but as an adult i desire GYROS? now gota fight fire with fire u r onto something!
hahah that was great! I'm not sure that I have any attachments to any specific foods since I started refining my diet at a rather young age but if I do come across something, this is a terrific method.
mmm black&whites yum! i love those! unfortunately even imagining a b&w cookie rubbed all over a nasty public bathroom, doesnt make me want one any less lol...
although a video of poor pigs crying in pain about to get slaughtered on a peta video i saw called "meet your meat",is the image i cant help but see&hear in my mind, which has single handed me to not want pork anymore, nor even crave it,in fact it just grosses me out now, because i just cant help but think of the suffering of these animals
Wow! I'm impressed! What you just came up with took 2 doctors years to perfect...it's called Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). They use it to help those with phobias, addictions, etc. You are a genius in your own right.
Their method has you change the location, color, sound, etc of the image in your mind to decrease the feelings you associate with the item/situation.

Interesting idea. I get cravings for rice, beans and cooked vegetables on 80-10-10. Still fighting that. Kinda scared to give this a shot.

@IronCladBen There is something SO wrong with a dietary paradigm that actually chastises you for craving rice, beans and cooked vegetables...
