@masterneji21 10-20 changes for every class. humans have it easy with all those 10k exp quests, majins almost as easy, namekians have an hard time.

@azzimcool it depends how you like to fight the pole is faster than a sword and more around attack while sword slower but stronger attacks to a single target

And it depends of your Class. Martial Artist Fighters use Rod and Martial Artists Swordmans use Swords.
