  • 1:45-2:25 is my favorite because i have a sister and we both could have died in a car crash a few months ago my sister is awesome even if she gets on my nerves

  • If you dont want to spoil it don't watch it idiot

  • OMFG! STFU and stop spoiling the endings.

  • This movie is sooooo funny

  • is it me or does cameron diaz even look younger with shorter hair... it's probably the make up, and probably the reason should looked older was because of the stress and worries her character had since her daughter was sick and now that she passed away she hasn't had so many worries. But anyway, cameron diaz should keep her short hair it suits her better

  • I started sobbing like right away! This is such a sad movie

  • I like this ending sooooo much better

  • the produces obviously understood how much the ending sucked in the book because they made a much better one in the movie XD i like the bittersweet ending in the movie better than the bitter... bitter with a tiny dot of sweet ending in the book !

  • @SophieRyan9 Producers* o.o

  • You know what, screw it. I like this ending better than the book. There. I said it.

  • ABIGAIL BRESLIN IS THE BEST TEEN ACTRESS IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!!

  • omg this is one of the scenes that made me cry my eyes out . :')

  • really 1 dislike you fucken asshole im a cancer survivor come see me and i would literaly beat the fuck out of u you fucken piece of shit

  • @FlammingPedophile THATS DISGUSTING!

  • When I first watched the film , i cried. Watching it now brings shivers down my spine and tears into my eyes.

  • In my opinion, the book's ending was awful. Having spent so long saying their goodbyes to Kate it seemed like Anna's death was over in seconds and all they did was rush to save Kate. Mostly throughout the book I pitied Anna more, you could see everything from her point of view so easily. I preferred this ending.

  • The book's ending was what made the story so good. It was such a twist at the end. I still think the movie shouldn't have change the ending, coz to me, it was the highlight. I mean, everyone would expect the one who's sick to die, no one would expect the younger one to die and save her sister, THAT'S why the book is called "My Sister's Keeper". Despite all that, I still love Abigail Breslin.

  • in the book, how did anna die???

  • @perixanfin a car crash:(

  • In the end, were they gonna have the surgery anyway or did they decide not to have the surgery?

  • @BleachDeath13 I don't believe so because at this point Kate's death was inescapable sad as it sounds. At least she's with Taylor now

  • I think they should of made the movie just like the book.

It was better when Kate lived.

  • i know people think cameron diaz's character is horrible, but I think her love for kate is absolutely beautiful. she sacrifices absolutely everything for her, including, her life, her career, and her marriage. She may be very aggressive and mean, but its only because of the interminable love she has for her daughter.

  • iii cccaann tteell iiff i am sobeing

  • @kittydaisy008 wtf are you trying to say? get some grammar lessons.

  • To be honest, I prefer the ending of the movie than the book. Simply because, I do not think that it is fair for Anna to die in the most horrific way possible. Simply because, anyone who has suffered like Kate did, should deserve some sort of peace now. And because, Kate can finally be together with the boy she loved. Finally, in a real world, rarely will a leukemic patient survives. That's why, with all due respect to Jodi Picoult, I am glad the movie was changed to be more realistic.

  • I can tell you I know Jodi and she didn't like the ending of the book I was't her idear

  • @seenoong I understand and agree with your points, however, I have a comment to add about the last reason; My best friend's older sister was 14 when she had Leukimia but she survived, and now she is a very healthy 19 year old who's enjoying university.

  • @FranThe1 ....Hi Fran, I have to agree with you......my daughter had cancer @ a young age & we shared a ward with many leukemia kids at that time.....to this day we stil know quite a few of them as we meet them @ the xmas parties that the hospitals hold......while it is a very difficult illness medicine has evolved & advanced with the times & patients, especially kids have a better chance of survival over the last 20yrs or so

  • @seenoong Anna dies in a car accident right? or is it something else?

  • @TehAuroraWolf yes, in the book, Anna dies in a car accident that was driven by her lawyer.

  • @seenoong how does anna die?

  • what is the instrumental of this scene?

  • In the book Anna dies not Kate! :O

  • @pokemonryankbaker46 I know, but I geuss the actor was too young to act that?

  • Wow what a sad ending

  • WOW THEY TOTALLY RIPPED THIS BOOK OFF

  • Like the books*

  • @MusicIsMyLife199713 yeah I know it just disappoints me. And I know movies can't be exactly like the movies, it was just such a good book the way it was :(

  • NO! Kate doesn't die!! It's Anna!

  • @VanillaCoke5134 thats only in the book, the movie is the other way round

  • @VanillaCoke5134 what???

  • no kate dies

  • the book is different to the movie though

  • the saddest film ive watched :( it made me cry soo much. does anyone know if this film had a message??? im doin my project on this movie.

  • @heshu1998 yes it had, the msg was that to show how family is bounded together, and how everyone loves another, and how a disease can not just kill a person, but a whole family, remember when kate said " i dont mind my disease killing me but its killing my family too", also you can say that when kate's boyfriend died, at last she said she may see him there in heaven, we'll always see our loved one after their death in heaven, and also even if our loved one died, he will stay there in our minds,

  • @dimadimadima3dima thankyouuuh xx

  • @heshu1998 and also even if our loved one died, he will stay there in our minds and hearts forever, and we will hold on to every place and every memory of them, and also like such hard situations as cancer or death will bring all family together, like how they all gathered at the hospital for kate, and most importantly MOTHER LOVE, how biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig it is, she never gave up, she always wanted her kid to be alive, and how kate's brother was affected, that parents dont have to abondond ..etc

  • Sooo Emotional. I love the book and the movie but prefer the movie by a wee bit!

such an awesome movie. makes me cry

  • why the hell didnt she save her sister?!

even if my sister didnt want to live, i'd push her!

  • @ilovegreysforever in the book Anna does end up saving her sister, but after she dies and her organs get donated. If they made the ending like the book then wouldn't it make a bit more sense as to why someone died (i didin't see the movie but the book told so much more as i've heard)

  • @ilovegreysforever that's not fair to her though

  • @ilovegreysforever hello? it's no good to push someone against her will!

  • @kezia131098 you don't know my sister, i would push her.

  • this is so sad

  • MYGOD!! This part ALWAYS makes me CRY!! so beautiful

  • damn...it would be better if it was like the book

  • In the book Anna dies -3

  • It is verrrrry sad

  • in the book, the yunger 1 dies. m :'(

  • @selenolic98 Really! why!! the did the operation?

  • What is the name of the song please ?

  • @sevigne2007 I believe it's Prom night.

  • Y did they change the book makes me mad thankd for shs
