@FreedomFinder Agreed! Dr K, you also are the most legitimate non-bull shit fitness coach on youtube. You and Arnel Ricafranca are some of who I aprove. Vince... not so much add 40lbs muscle? Please... also is scooby1961 also with you guys in Mexico?
@chavamma Arnel is good too, now Vince's programs are still good, and he has the top selling fitness e-book on the net, he works for it but I wouldn't down on him for a muscle claim as a hook! He has some really good views on things in life.
@FreedomFinder Yes, I understand I'm a Judoka/karateka or Mixed Martial Artist if you would. Im not a body builder but do presonally know people who are and you cant gain muscle "quickly" as he claims not unless performance enhancers come into paly, and my intention is not to down Vince, I like his workouts and I get a good sweat every time a vid comes out I actually try them on my own. Just No need to BS his program does work but 40lbs of muscle in 6 monts? Complete BS!
@FreedomFinder Pro body builders gain 5-10 lbs of muscle annually 15 lbs if nutrition and dedication is enforced, and that's spread all through their body. Now someone comes and tell me that You'll gain 40lbs of muscle "quickly" If it sounds too good to be true it most certainly is, Im a Sandan (3rd degree BB in Combat Judo) and My conditioning and fitness is crucial, It's just sad to see people get tricked into believing some of these bs myths. Not saying his program does not work.
@chavamma Won't disagree with you there my friend. The 40lbs is a hook, but for a person that was skinny and never worked out before and was relatively young, I could see them putting on 40 extra pounds due to muscle (dry muscle, fat, and water (Big Factor) and claiming that to be gained in 6 months to a year. Its not unheard of BUT there is so many variables to it. This is my opinion ofcourse. Intermediate to pro lifters couldn't do that naturally agreed.
How can you extend the time it takes your blood pressure to max out and increase your lactic threshold?
How can you find out what portion of the your muscle fibers are fast twitch?
What's a good way to increase hip mobility?
thanks in advance

Dr. K, you're probably the first fitness marketer to cover the actual basics in fitness theory and personal training. Good Job!
