How ironic that the opening credit music was written by U2 during what we consider the Generation X era - a full 10+ years before the interviewee was even born!

Why is that ironic? Are you saying that in general Millennials don't listen to older music? Actually U2 has been pretty popular during our lives, so you really make no sense at all.
