@LockStockBollocks At first this was an interesting video. As I studied the video the white flashing light drew my attention. The white flashing light is a navigational light, common on all aircraft usually located near the tail or high on the aft of the fuselage. With that in mind, due to the shape and it being regulated for FAA I would say it is a blimp. Thanks for sharing though.
