Many media companies still do not have much use for "fair" use on YouTube, despite the fact that snippet-driven publicity drives far more new traffic than it "steals." Nothing new there, alas.
And the Jeopardy video clip of the "Fark Categories" which was uploaded to Youtube and submitted to Fark.. was removed from Youtube for TOS violation.
