Then dig deep its fab loads of steam coming back in uk, mostly recreational but also used commercialy. Lots of lines reopening and loads of trains that were scrapped in 1960s being rescued & brought back to life. Just type in youtube: east lancs railway british railways event................ to get you started.
Man she's running smooth and quiet (at least from what I can see/ hear).
If only we could get some of that action down in the south. The closest thing would be if the Yellow ribbon ever comes to the table. According to the proposed schedule, 614 would come right through my stomping grounds. One can hope.

I think this is the second video in a sequence from 0-60mph, so probably pacing nicely at 60, hardly breaking into a sweat!
compared to some of the british steam locomotives, she is much more attractive.
