474 emote goes up and down. Check PJA its 459 and it has the same emote.

I am, but only usable in PvP during specified events (for example, on some weekends I'll enable the use of PvP weapons). I think this will make it interesting, as it will still allow for the old PK feel while giving you the option to use the more recent Runescape equipment every now and then.
