Beginners doing punches without hikite means it is probably not traditional Shotokan. Shotokan guys are usually very obsessed with it.

Thisis deffinately not traditional Shotkan or Kyokushin Kata. It does not ressemble any major style of Okinawan of Japanese Karate. Another interpretation is not bad though, hopefully is is grounded on a firm foundation and guiding priciples
