The show is not scripted. Since you're on youtube anyway, you can search all the bloopers, outtakes and the censored content of the show. There are moments that their minds went blank and they have to start all over, or burst in laughter because of the unexpected made up line. During commercial breaks they just talk, usually about censored stuff.

I'm sure someone said it, you can only hear a few cause those people yelled it out really loud, someone behind him or closer to him could have said it, he probably looked down cause they usually tape several episodes at one time and narrate might have been played and he wanted to make sure they didn't do the same location
