@gangster5113 It's Molde (ENML) in Norway using Norway Airports for FS2004. The plane is the (old!) Carenado C210 from carenado(dot)com. They have a new one for FSX that looks very good.
I am sure the feel will come soon on software. Its a good effort you have done with whats available. I usto fly a Cessna 210 quite a lot .Wonderful aeroplane. Pity there were so many problems with it. But many issues have been sorted out. I cant imagine why Cessna took it off the line.It is the most spectacular single engine aircraft ever made.I love that cruise speed on the step!!
@ophir37 I think so too. Thanks for that. I wish I could fly a C210 IRL. Btw, Carenado, the creator of this model has made a new one for FSX. Maybe it's better (guess it is).
Yes I agree with your comments.I ask the question thought, why can't software programmers build the right feel into these programmes as it would increase the interest and value of the journey 200%
@ophir37 I don't know, but I hope they will make it soon in some future Flight Simulator. The fealing of flying is missing in FS, but it can look good in newer versions of FS than this one. In X-Plane though that seems a little better.
The 210 is a great aeroplane. Its a pity these software simulators don't do some serious hard work and get the control response RIGHT. The control response is everything. If you flew a Cessna 210 like the way you are doing in the real world you would be dead.
@ophir37 Indeed. The simulator feels wrong in some ways, but still, this video is just Flight Simulator. I've flown real planes IRL, and I know that when I pull the stick a few centimeters back, it feels instantly.
@helgefly56 yeah, i suppose so. although i am an experienced simmer, and spend Most of my time Flying as close to "real-world Op's and Envelopes as possible, i have from time to time, also done silly nose dives and Insane climb rates or Banks, buzzing the Traffic and such. Lol! all good! I too have the Carenado 210. along with the 182 and their Mooney, Wilco's Citation X, Eaglesofts Citation X, and CRJ series Regional Jets, and a few others. great planes, great fun! Enjoy!
Nice flying, but you wheel-barrowed the nose on that landing. In real life you'd be looking at a nose gear collapse and a mandatory prop & engine overhaul. :-(
what airport is that? and what site did you get that plane off ive been looking for it!!

Dump the SKYHAWK logo on the tail, this is a CENTURION!! Nice detail with the gear doors on take off. No Uvalde mod. Very cool!!

interesting 70 degree left-bank at 1:40
accompanied by an unusual nose-high attitude.
would not be acceptable in the real world.
drumdude46 2 years ago
Yes, I know. But it is cind of funny to do some unusual aerobatics in the game... :)
