What people need to understand is how this indian from India thinks and why he thinks like that: In his (Zakarian) head, if you studied in the US at one of those ivy league universities, you know it all and understand that people who listen to him (without being able to think for themself) will take him "literally" serious and not question him to much. The more people think like mr Zakaria, the more zombies (followers) you will have who refuse to do their own REAL homework /research.

They don't only make me laugh, they (US mainstream news like CNN/FOX/MSNBC) they enlighten me to do my own homework since they enjoy (that sick they are) lying and give false/wrong propaganda. At first i tought that was Lula (former president) who had lifted the economy, but today you can clearly see that He could not just have improved an economy that for decades had been very bad and most important ... neighboring countries of Brazil, and also China, India, and Russia also has been outstanding in recent years.

In my view he was in the right place at the right time, and did the right thing. The merits of the boost in the economy are not exactly His.

You can hear that Mr Fareed has never visited other states in Brazil than only the city of Rio de janeiro and Sao Paulo. That's the view of Brazil in most American's eyes. Forgive him and them. Education on Brazil and the rest of South America isn't that well at all. Anyway, bubbles are suppose to burst, If you don't let them burst, you help only speculators not the savers. That's why the US economy is still sick. They help the speculators, the banksters not the regular people.

We took the government of Fernando Henrique with interest of 27.8%, less than minimum wage $ 100.00 absurd debt and other factors. Save Lula, less arrogant with its policy, has brought new life to the Brazilians, did the first benefits to the poor, opened the range of international demand, GDP and the economy went off the power without shedding ecomonico population. Lula signed his name in the political history of Brazil ..
