how do you know that all the points are replaced by an equal amount of oil?

@Lechoslowianin It's a great question, and also the reason that I left off the ways on the knee. I just wait until I see fresh oil come out of all four ways. If I weren't so cheap, I would have added a valve for each. Also, in hindsight, I would have used a $4 (4) valve manifold from an aquarium. Not sure if it would have held up, but it would be worth trying and could save a lot of machining.
