@bebenic i cheated with the spinach - it was "frozen, freshly chopped spinach" from the grocery store.. i don't know if the Supermarket people cook it before they package and freeze it! - but i didn't pre-cook it.. it was just straight out of the box and into the bowl.

The diet includes a lot of fruit & vegetables and going for a run every day. - I hate to say it, but the best way to lose weight is the old fashioned boring way - healthy eating & exercize.
