The states are Sovereign but most people have to read the treaty of Paris 1783. I have spotted a problem I think, the King treated with the states but no state reps were there at the treaty only 3 members of the Confederacy which did not represent the states individually so I am a bit confused with this can someone answer this please.

The interpretation is pretty nutty dude, this isn't what they intended at all. The People was capitalized because it represents a specific group of people, and is therefore a noun. It is not because it represents a different entity. This shit's whack.
