@Jizonelos Not exactly. I believe the 93 thru 95 models of the Chaser and Mark 2 Tourer V has the twin turbo and the 95 thru 2000 models have a single Turbo. Thats what I have, a 00 Chaser Tourer V.

using the ebrake is a very normal part of drifting for initiation, extension and CORRECTION.

noobs that JUST learned how to drift without the use of the ebrake ALL think for some reason that ebrake drifting is a novice technique. i guess it is if thats the only way you know how to initiate!

so if your not "used" to seeing pros using ebrake, and think its strange, it means u know jack about drifting.

that's why us real/advanced drifters upgrade to hydraulic ebrakes when necessary.

He hops into cars he is completely unfamiliar with and goes out on these Togue runs. This is not easy at all. I agree that W. Röhrl is a great driver (Who crashed a Carrera GT, mind you), but he isn't the only good driver in existence and just because someone respects Tsuchiya doesn't mean they have no clue who W. To keep the car sliding he uses clutch kicking, to clutch kick you need to have the pedal down and push on the accelerator to increase the revs than let go of the clutch. To maintain the drift, you need to use soft braking, acceleration and steering aswell as clutching kicking to keep the cars rear from straightening out.

1nazchan - Basically the guy is braking into the corner while putting in the clutch and increasing the rpm of the engine. This is done mostly when changing down from a higher gear, such as 3rd to 2nd... it helps match the wheel rpm, with gear ratio and engine speed... with an 1.5 or 2 way (not sure) LSD there is just as much chance of losing traction by downshifting than with harsh acceleration...
