Whats really interesting about this immigration thing. Bush has let in alot of illegal immigrants. It put my uncle basically (a contractor) out of work. All he does is fix the stuff they don't build right. He was so pro Bush he didn't talk to mom for a decade. Now he found out Bush is pro illegal immigrant. So to hear these right wing fruit cakes. you'd think it's just the left wing. pro or anti illegal's isn't a party line thing Still isn't.

It's big business owners and their lobbyists that keep the illegals coming. They want easy cheap labor, and they wield great power through K-street, so any immigrant reform bill is bound to fail. These big business owners are more likely to be associated with the Republican party than to be "liberals".

Liberals' ideas cannot stand on their own. Their ideas are a failure. Witness the meltdown at Air America, the Obama campaign etc. The only hope they have left is to SILENCE their opposition. They aren't worried about doing away with the first amendment.

They had better rethink that course of action. Many Americans won't allow that to happen.

Let's be clear, I in no way favor the fairness doctrine or anything else that silences a point of view. But the content of talk radio is frequently repulsive (and yes, I have listened to it in context, on my radio, in full), and it's greatly disturbing to me that it retains such popularity.
