Yes you should research those effects there is a whole list of websites out there that give you ideas on its listed effects by leaked documents and none of them state anything about earth quakes, they are all communications being jammed and being used as a way to communicate to its nuclear subs securely, throwing missles off target, destroying the atmosphere to allow radiation from sun.

The source states that volcano/earth quake is the most likely cause of the geomagnetic anomalies caused by the shifting of different layers or different types of rocks would cause the geomagnetic anomalie and that the anomalie can last for a period of time. It does not prove that a geomagnetic anomalies can cause earth quakes. Read your source.
