  • does it stay flammable once you remove the cell?

  • can you suggest me a way to replace platinum electrodes, cause you know, but which metal should I use??

  • he`s burning alcohol

but he`s exploding the water, i.e exploding hydrogen and oxygen

  • So Adele really did set fire to the rain?!?!

  • i spent a lot of time and money chasing this. You get rust in very little time. even with good stainless steel. once the metal gets rusty the hho output is a lot less. in the end it tears metal apart. find a good conductor that doesnt rust. better yet, research wardencliff tower and build a model. tip: use big capacitors.

  • @TacticalN8 Use graphite rods. They can be found in old lantern batteries. Or you can find them at any welding shop.

  • It is not the water but the hydrogen burning.

  • watch?v=n-hjxFaLXAk

  • I totally support this. actually there is already a car running on this technology. a filipino made a car engine run on hydrogen. take a look.

  • This is the cure to when they put a product out that give's off these emf wave's, is to have them make these products with a thick foil this one in this video, is the fix to keeping these waves contained with in the product, instead of putting this pollution in, and around us that is killing us the most. Other then the Chem-trails, which the Obama So called government is already given the go ahead to start poisoning the Human Race.Salt water burning on youtube.

  • Use the alluminam as a case for an over, then use the technec of the HAARP MACHINE, AND YOU'LL HAVE SALT WATER TO HEAT YOUR HOME'S, AND FUEL YOUR CARS, JOBS, JOBS, JOBS. ONE PERCENT OF ALL WATER ON THE PLANET IS DRINKING WATER, AND THE REST IS SALT WATER. EVEN TONS OF TRUCKING JOBS. WOW...

  • Sorry but you're talking alchemy or some other proto-science. That's H2 burning there not H2O. What would H2O burn into H2O2?

  • This is very kewl. I like it. What I'm wondering is this; how much electricity are you having to use to separate the Hydrogen from the water? Also, have you looked into using some sort of catalyst?

  • it is hydrogen. not water.... that make is burn

  • it is hydrogen. not water....

  • How many volts and amperes did you use?

  • its hydrogen

  • you know hmmm when you said/tryed to prove its water you cut the cam so i mean? not trolling i just felt like saying it and you can tell by your shadow 1:23 just saying?

  • @gamingonpcrocks

Good spot, did u see the water appear on the table right after the shadow also? You are not trolling.

  • @JungleUnderground No i didnt haha

  • water not burn the gas thats burn the water not

  • very clever explanation! thank you!

  • I have actually burned water using high voltage in a plasma field while passing steam threw it. I believe there will be a way to actually burn it in a way that it looks when you use alcohol but not like that a slow constant flame.

  • good deal

  • its called electrolysis.. a very old technology.. alcohol has nothing to do with it..

Water is a natural resistor.. in order to split it you need to add some electrolyte to get current to pass in between the 2 "electrodes.. It splits the molacules in water into its natural chemical.. H2O = 2 parts HYDROGEN, 1 part OXYGEN....

the simplest proof ? do what he did but add a bit of baking soda instead of alcohol, also the water is turning yellow because its tap water. not distilled.

  • how about vegetable oil?

  • What a damn shame about metacafe... Money sucks...

  • i like this video...very good...hope the world will change to hydrogen...

  • Would you like to see how deep the rabbit hole goes Alice? Electrolysis to water with ss plates makes ORMES that have some amazing properties, watch the lost secrets of the ark to learn about ORMES, it is the fine whit powder that builds up on the cell walls. I run a joe cell that makes these ORMES very efficiently.

  • hoax: notice the change in color.. :P

  • @referrolino1 not hoax, hes using tap water, which has all kinds of other stuff in in, like minerals, electrolysis pulls therm out of solution, turning the water color whatever is in the water.. distilled water has nothing like that in it., so it stays the same..

I hate how ppl say burning water, water doesnt burn, the hydrogen an oxygen in it does. and alcohol is pointless, he could have used, salt, baking soda or Lye as an electrolyte (water is resister, requires electrolye)

  • @referrolino1 yeah,. alcohol rises to the top in water.. lol he should have used a better electrolyte. lol

he should know water doesn't burn, but the hydrogen and oxygen does.. well it doesnt really burn.. it blows up good.. lol 9x faster then gasoline

  • Any time u put gas in a cup it will burn fuking retard

  • check out this video below, try salt water in the microwave like this reseacher does

    youtube.com/watch?v=e8utkoK2DhA&feature=related

  • you can also put fluorine in it

  • I tried the experiment with batteries and you are right: it does not burn. I was guna use it in my rube goldberg for physics, but to no avail. So, HHO powered engines.... are pollution reversers because not only do they not burn carbon into the environment, they add water back into the hydrological cycle propelling inorganic material into organic material, like turning a dessert into a forest and reversing dessertification and salinization.... right?

  • its not the fucking water burning, its the alcohol/gas....how the fuck are you gonna light water when you proved you cant? fucking retard

  • @shinymonkey2 it is, well not water, but when u split water HHO then you can burn the Hydrogen.

  • @shinymonkey2 He lit the hydrogen that was produced from electrolosys. This isn't fake...It's age old, until recently, forgotten technology. Very very simple. Kids were doing this as science projects with 9'v batteries 15 years ago when gas was $.85 cents a gallon. It's only become popular again because it is believed to be able to produce enough to improve feul economy in a vehicle.

  • I'm sorry but you aren't burning water.. you're actually creating water vapor from H2 and O2 released from your electrolysis plates. IT's a nice setup and a nice demonstration, but to say you're 'burning water' is misleading. it's even more accurate to say you're 'creating water'.

  • @docplux Once the hydrogen and oxygen are separated it is not water vapor either. That would be steam. Steam does not burn. It is H2 that is burning.

  • 5 stars ooooooooh wait no more staaaaars. *thumbs up*

  • its hydrogen gas fam

  • 1:23 you say "plain old water" then that shadow on the right side of the glass sure does go away quickly... hmmmmmmmmmm

  • Holy water burns me.

  • If you use a solar panel or a windmill to generate the voltage needed for the electrolysis you'll get free and clean hydrogen that can be used for cars and for producing even more electricity by burning it instead of gasoline...

  • this video is real. . .the other one "water can burn" is not real. . .because, how could you extract hydrogen in the water by putting two 1.5 volt batteries. . .

  • awesome video 5/5 i want to try this, but a couple of questions. 1. is the water drinkable after the experiment? 2.what are the alluminum plates and what are the wires coneected to (car battery, ect.)

  • First was alcohol, second was hydrogen. Who you wanted to scam? a baby?

  • Comment removed

  • The water doesnt burn, the H2 does. You can get a continuous flame if you use a submerged plate as an electrode, add an electrolyte to the water, then make an arc on the water with the other electrodes (points). The waters surface acts as the plate does in making an arc. Multiple points to one plate can be used for a layer of flames. Problem is it takes energy to make that arc, and to split that hydrogen. Only use I can see is heat. More efficient than standard electric heat (pump/resist) tho.

  • your wrong, you can burn salt water with RF waves.

  • @MirageScience I saw that video, but all the microwaves are doing is separating the oxygen from the hydrogen as well.

  • dued i think this has something to do withthe pyrimids after all they say that the giza pyrimid is some big gas chamber i winder if they used the hydrogen for something to move the blocks (one every 2 minutes and they are big over 2 tons each,

  • the aliminium plates are the best? or it can use steel,or don know?

  • You are not burning water at any time. Even in the last video, you are burning hydrogen. At the same time, you have a high amount of oxygen there, causing it to explode a little :D

  • Also, You can burn saltwater by using radio waves. It's been proven.

  • Alcohol and gas is flammable..

  • Nice. If you extract the hydrogen you are just left with oxygen which does burn.

  • Awesome. If you get a hydrogen car you can power your car for free.

  • um i think it produces chlorine gases....

  • thaks for taling

  • so you need batteries and alchohal together?

  • does it work for any alchohal

  • All 5 buddy!

  • Yay electrolysis!

  • i like your honesty. good job.

  • cool

  • awesome vid dude!!

  • like the honesty man

    thx

  • The density of both gas and alcohol is less than water's...so that means that it floats on top of the water, which is why you can light it every time. Will work without batts, too.

  • if you cover some paper or a note in water then in ethanol you get paper that is on fire but doesnt burn :D

  • good vid, i support u 100%, and fuck those powerfull oil companies keeping the fuel business down.

  • i wonder if it would work if you put some bubble mix in it and made bubbles in it....

  • very cool, nice demonstration =]

  • but were does the water go

  • when you split water, you get hydrogen and oxygen, but when hydrogen and oxygen are combined in the presence of heat, you get water. so assuming you can get all of the gasses to stay near the surface you can just have a cycle of splitting the water and then producing it, that is until your battery runs out.

  • You say it's impossible to maintain a continuous flame. It is possible, but it requires a very strong power source. well, it not really "continuous", but it it can be self sustaining. look up "hho blowtorch" too.

  • no shit you dumb obv. fuck bitch

  • isnt water produced through the combustion of hydrogen also?

  • @TheLostRepublic yes, it is

  • john kanzius didt this? kinda...RIP

  • Good video, nice work. Thanks for showing the reality of this.

  • Send this to Mythbusters for the second YouTube special.

  • @avoiderdragon uea=D like to see them do this=)

  • does yours make foam after a few minutes?

  • The energy imputed (the battery) is more then what is outputted, making this useless, you would get more energy form the battery itself, the energy required is more then what is outputted.

  • Because that a simple basic plate system.

  • energy made from a cars alternater or whatevere its called would be able to separate the hydrogen and with the engine running off the hydrogen it can create the energy to make more hydrogen to run the engine so you heve unlimited electricity while the engines running

  • thank you the thing you said about the cell interest me can someone give me a link

  • well you fu+cked up with the shaddows but nice try=)

  • Comment removed

  • at 1:55 its the same as when you light a fart the color the amount of time and everything

  • dont forget to post a howto :D

  • You can't separate the 2 that easily like it is in this vid, if you add NaCl it will separate much faster which is probably what he did, or he let it sit for a long time.

    Either way, electrolysis is fun

  • take the battaries out

  • apperently the batteries are making the fire or water would cetch on fire without battaries

  • thanks for the heads up about the battery in water videos. I got an email to buy info to add a HHO maker to one's car to improve gas milage today. The site is runyourcarwithwater . com if any one wants to check it out.

  • Nice but can by more nice if you try burn a baloon of hydrogenium xD

  • if you really want to be eco friendly you can hook the jumpers to a solar panel

  • i like hydrogen

  • It's not hydrogen, it's HHO gas.

  • That last post was to halonothing...donno why it didnt put it under his name >.> ...

  • smart dudde

  • put salt in it fool

  • Yes, water can burn because hydrogen/oxygen is produced from water. Your car CAN run on both. They are the most common elements in our atmosphere! If we all work together on this, we WILL eventually be able to free ourselves from being slaves to gasoline industries!

  • yes but u have to seperate them because H burns and O assists the combustion..but if u put water in ur engine it wouldnt do anything because they're already bonded, and N and O are the most common gasses not hydrogen...

  • What really sucks is that some people just can't seem to bend their mind around the myth that fossel fuels are the most combustable elements! Hydrogen is 3x more combustable than gasloline, 4x lighter than helium, and extremely volatile shit! I'm running two cells on my 96 pathfinder. I get better mileage in town than highway because the production can't keep up with engine speeds on the highway.

  • extremly informative.

  • that's what water is made of u ass.

  • This is a horrible way of producing a fuel. Gasoline on average costs about 15 cents per kilowatt hour. A battery, on the other hand, costs about $1000 per kilowatt hour. A AAA battery puts out about 1 watt per hour, this means you'd need 1000 batteries to get 1 kilowatt hour. Need I say more? Secondly all electrolysis does is transport energy from an electrical source to the car's engine, the electrical source being a nuclear or fossil fuel burning plant usually.

  • rofl at the electrolysis part...go to a 9th grade chem class and find out what electrolysis does...seperates the HYDROGEN and OXYGEN in the water... and in case you still dont understand, hydrogen is VERY FLAMMABLE...so when he held the open flame above the circuit created by the electrolysis, the released hydrogen caught fire...there, I saved you a trip to your local high school, if you know where it is

  • Uh you're completely missing the point that it requires more energy to produce said hydrogen than such an engine would produce. RETARD.

  • your gonna have to stop smoking that shit

  • even if water could burn the flames would be clear. and there wouldn't be enough energy to move the piston's in a car srry. your dream isn't coming true anytime soon. oxygen+carbon+a heat sorce=fire. without carbon there is no fire. thats why fossil fuels are used because there the easiest sorce of carbon to put in a car.

  • i have one on my car it works hydrogen dumb ass

  • put dish washing liquid in the water with the generator then there are hydrogen bubbles try it and please send me mail if it is out and light thewm ... they are f!@#in loud

  • thank you for this, you are a good man. i also soaked a couple aa's just to see. you should also go after another guy who is fake and taking people's money in the process. look at ncbookz free energy device. nothing free here

  • i thought thats another fake video, but this is good, although i didnt learn anything new.. you did good work, but this still isnt water burning.. its still just hydrogen and oxygen :/

  • you suck

  • nice video it helped me

  • nice hydrogen or HHO prodution! and i have to answer AmeriKidz. yeah thats easy. The gatorade has high amounts of electrolytes... reason it works for your body cause well electrolytes oh first break that down to electricity from liquid substance. the human body is a electricity producing "bio-machine" from electrolytes. as we call "food" or misture of food and liquids such as water.

Does that help you understand? oh also the acids in the onion are like the acids in your stomach.

  • do your test again, and this time put a straw in the cup, blow water through it and see if it helps produce more gas.

  • it won't. We don't exhale hydrogen.

  • @imanerd...

Blowing air through it should help push the water around, and in theory it might produce more gas. Who says you have to "blow" air into from your lungs? What is your experience in making browns gas?

  • Thanks for posting this. I thought I'd show you some luv and tell you that.

I saw an iPod being charged with a white onion soaked in gator-ade. Can you prove or disprove that? -Thanks
