Wikipedia says:

In 2005, the Advertising Standards Authority banned a commercial described as tasteless and offensive for the brand. The commercial features a man at a bar making friends as he conceals a horn out of his underwear. He knocks the horn onto a lady as the text "Have you got the Pot Noodle horn?" appeared on screen. The ASA moved the controversal ad to late night showings after 9:00 PM.

I'd forgotten all about this add. If I'm not mistaken it led to the re-release of Ace of Spades... Though it was banned because of its effects on some people with Photo Sensitive Epilepsy.

Shortly after this, we began seeing warnings like this on British TV. 'Warning, this program contains flashing images and may be unsuitable for people with Photo Sensitive Epilepsy.' Great add all the same....

this couldn't give you a seizure anyway the frame rate would have been slowed down when captured to vhs and unless whoever uploaded this knows how to restore the original framerate you wont get a seizure with this one. the same thing applies the the electric soldier porygon episode, because vhs doesnt capture it at its full framerate you would not be able to see the colours at the speed fast enough to cause a seizure.
