Katie is so plain looking. Nothing special. But in pagents it really isn't about beauty or talent at all. It's up to the dumb ass judges they have and whatever mood they are in. The most beautiful and most talented are almost always overlooked for a stupid reason. It's all good though.
My aunt personally knows Oregon, Katie Harman, Ms. America, and I saw her one time at Ms. Oregon 2007 and she is absolutely beautiful!! One of the prettiest Ms. America's ever!! She can sing so good too!
Except for Tennessee all the pretty girls were left out of top 5.

This was Miss DC's pageant. Marshawn definitely deserved Miss America that year. Oregon, definitely not impressed.
