No he can't. But you can pose his arms manually if you just want him to hold something after you drop it in to his posed arms. However, he can't move his arms himself.

Excellent review but I don't see how it surpasses Robosapien.

It has a neat three wheel motion, but not any great advancements over Robosapien.

I'm not saying it's bad, so don't heckle me.
