His hands are way heavier than Diaz, but less accurate. But his striking is also more diverse. Diaz brothers look unstoppable. Nick by decision. Where did these dominant Diaz brothers come from though? I've watched a lot of their fights over the years and they both look like they've done 180's with their performances.
This is gonna be a great fight. I like both fighters, and my earliest memories are of living in Albuquerque, (Kirtland AFB baby). I suspect nick is going to win though and heres why. The only way Condit wins is if he lands a harder shot than Paul Daley put on Diaz. Which is entirely possible with Nick's lack of defense at times. @acds413 once i hear Mike Tyson say "the KO power is something that you born with, you can improve it, but there is a limit of how much you can improve. If not, everyone would have insane KO power". I think that Nick punches are slow too, but he def haves alot of power, he really hurts people with his hands, besides his way of fighting confuse people and he haves an almost non-human chin. He usually dont do well in the first of fights, but then his stamina play a very important rol.

Both have technique... both have submission skill... Diaz have his cardio... Condit have his KO power although not as strong as some knock out artist but KO power none the less... You guys need to check stats. Anyone who exchanges hands with Condit has the potential to get their lights put out. He KOs people, not just TKOs. His hands are way heavier than Diaz, but less accurate. But his striking is also more diverse. By the way, Bj Penn survived 3 rounds with Diaz, a guy has been stopped before, Condit has never been stopped by strikes yet. 27 wins, 26 stops. Goodnight Diaz!

This is gonna be a great fight. I like both fighters, and my earliest memories are of living in Albuquerque, (Kirtland AFB baby). I suspect nick is going to win though and heres why. Carlos lost to jake shields in the past (jake and nick both train at Cesar Gracie) and in my opinion nick is a better fighter than jake is. anything is posible in a fight, but if I had to bet, nick is my choice. nice guys finish last.

The only way Condit wins is if he lands a harder shot than Paul Daley put on Diaz. Which is entirely possible with Nick's lack of defense at times. But honestly Nick has an iron chin and that is going to be a very tough feat to accomplish.. There is no way Condit can hang with the pace Diaz is going to put on him. I see Nick with a win by submission or KO by the end of round three or middle of the 4th.

Diaz will lose this fight, Look at his previous opponents, Bj penn, Paul daley, evangilista, KJ noons, Hayato sakarui, zaromskis and frank shamrock, everyone of them are about 5'9 or 5'10 and some are even natural lightweights. Now look at condit Dong Hyun Kim, dan hardy, Rory macdonald and martin Kampmann all 6'0 or over.
Diaz won't be able do to his natural shit of throwing jabs and straight punches as easily as with the smaller fighters.Also with condit he can throw knees and kicks.

@Om0plata1 This statement is pretty ridiculous considering condit has only won 1 decision when diaz has won 5, they both have the same knockout's but condit has more weapons such as knees and kicks. and condit has won by submission 13 times where dias has won 8 and, Condit has never been tko'd or ko'd. But diaz has been tko'd.
