Am I correct in assuming that the only thing that can happen, aside from o-ring damage, is foreign objects somehow getting in? Is there anything else that might cause it to malfunction?
My Vent Float looks a bit different and has no rubber Vent Seal on it. It is just a white plastic part. The online diagrams show a separate Vent Seal and it does not look like the one in this video.
The rubber Check Disc had an indention in it similar to a worn washer, so I just flipped it over for now. Have not tested it yet since I was wondering if my Vent Float is normal...maybe just an older version. I sure see no broken pieces of a Vent Seal inside.
Awesome video. Mine was leaking air and you showed me how to reseat the valve to complete the blow out.

Chris, do know how to repair a Febco Pressure Vacuum Breaker? It was used with my Rainbird system. The Watts model is kind of similar but not exact.

I have a much older anti syphon valve that looks like that and is spewing water out the same. I am not sure if I should try and fix or just replace.
