if SM had gone for plasma guns on his tac squads and grabbed 1 squad of assault marines for early harass it might easily have gone the other way. plasma isn't much better DPS wise, but with no setup time it can make a huge difference

Just my personal thoughts, but you might want to stick to the isometric standard view. It gives it all a lot more form in a way. You get an "overview" :-P
Necron player was great at disrupting the marine position before an assault, so maybe the marine player would have benefited from a "defense in depth" type fall-back strategy, where units are spread in a line and cover each others fleeing. The idea being to wear down the necrons until the base where turrets can add the extra firepower to completely stop their advance
sry guys, but im not sure what solar flare does, so can u tell me? plz dont give bad comments llol

I have to say, the space marine player was kinda stupid... He never really used his characters.

Necrons are really mobile, free, get all the resources they need, do a lot a damage, and their guys don't stay dead.
Any actual weaknesses?

No early game pressure.

Ah, thank you. Any ways to exploit this with Dark Eldar? Would the build I use: Warriors, mandrakes, archon, and late dark foundry work?

Necrons look great on this map. The cold night sky really lets them glow. I wouldn't want to face them here. This moon is their element.

Hmm, I think Using Assault Marines woulda made the SM player's fight easier. But then again, Necrons are just horrible to fight against.
