3.Qf3 fine at their age 4.g4 trying to lever open the f file.A move 7.Be6+? better was 7.d4 playing to break open lines 9.Nc3+!? best was 9.
a4+ 9...Kxb4?? walk into mate in five(not that they missed that just interesting) (10.Rb1+ Ka5 11. Rb5+ Ka6 12.Bxc8 Nxc8 13.Qc4 Nb6 14.Rxb6+ Kxb6 15.Qb5#) 13...b6 was best. 17.Ba6+?? too agressive! 17...Nxa6 wins. 17.Bd5+ better is 18.Qd5+ best is 18.Rc4#! 19.Bb5+?? losing. Just 19.Bxc8 19...Ke7?? 19.c6! good game overall.

You never ever bring your Queen out early in the game! She becomes a target for your opponents developing pieces. You put her in a defensive situation where you waste a whole bunch of moves.
Ughh Queen out on the third move to f3?! secure your King castle and develop your army out properly Kids if you don't develop your pieces and charge at your opponents king
your toast and whoever is teaching them to throw their Queen out to f3 on move 3 I give you an F.
Chess is a team game every piece has to work together as
a team to win you can play aggresively but you need to
Good chess is aggressive, but poor technique is just terrible, NEVER PRACTICE POOR TECHNIQUE! Don't give you're opponent a target to simply chase around the board by developing. Blitz krieg will teach how to play fast chess but not good chess.
You have to think about the people who just want to play chess for fun. They don't want to learn, so just let them have fun with the four-move checkmate. When they continue to lose and get frustrated then they will be ready to learn. I just want people to explore chess for now.
black should have played nf6 when white played qf3. white has no attack and has just wasted time, it is better to develop more pieces before attacking. the queen move is just a beginners move, and loses if black plays right.
That sucks! Queen storming leads to and illusion that with the Queen alone, a game of chess came be won against players of high or low levels. When they are then crushed by an opponent of better understanding of the theories of chess, they will be crushed and more likely than not give up on it.
I agree. I don't like bringing out the queen that early in the game. I find it becomes more of a liability than a useful piece. But, these guys are still young, so they've got plenty of time to learn.
Good game for ones so young.

I don't know what island your living on, but Queen, Bishop is the absolute best combo in the game. Hence, why you should develop.

Sending your queen out so early is asking for it -_-;, fast mates last only for 1 game -_-;
