about the shakes.... you really just need a good 100%whey protein. be sure if you use the one with cretine, drink plenty of water also alot of those shakes may hender you from loosing weight. you need one with low calories fat and mainly just protien. the beef jerkey sounded decent just watch the sodium the rest looked great. not trying to be a hard ass just letting you know. you can do what you want lol. im just giveing you good advice. keep up the great work :)
