I have this kit except mine is a bit different. I have a small tom, medium tom, and two floor toms, with a 22" bass drum. I have MEINL MEINL...MEINL cymbals. i have a ride a crash and a 10" splash. All of this came included with the kit. Anyways the sound is great and i really enjoy plaing it.

So many comments telling him to practice. Dude probably hadn't been playing for very long. It's also amazing how far "entry level" drums have came. With decent tuned heads, an entry level kit today sounds about like what mid-grade kits sounded like in the 80's.

Also kind wild that many brands offer pure maple shells now in their mid-grade kits. That use to be something reserved for the pro-grade (pro price also) series only.

@Hordesthugz13 Could be if you were to add stuff (Sabian cymbals etc) If you want a full kit without the hassle, I'd go for something by Mapex, preferably Orion or Horizon (Orion is quite a lot though)

You can buy clamps that attatch to a cymbal stand for like 30 35 bucks. That's how I have my imperial star set up, cuz the rack toms are huge. That's prolly what he did.

I have imperialstar too but in black.The material is very good and 100% pure.The next thing you should do is to buy drumheads.Remo pinstripe ebony for batter on toms and bass and remo black suede for snare.I have those heads and they look and sound perfect love them(Put muffler rings on)

thanks, and yes i did lose timing, this was filmed over a year ago. and as far as the HiHat cowbell is concerned, i have seen people do it like the way I do, mount it on the bass drum, or do what you do. i think it's just personal preference.
