@KrBandidas It's a hell of alot of hard workouts and dieting. Supplements as protein powder and creatine, and get some carbohydrates and protein after work-outs. Takes years of dieting and correct workout
Your Transfomation smashweights is proberbly the most impressive I've seen!! I want to do this transformation & I know I can, my problem is I need to lose weight aswell as Build muscle, I'm not sure if I should drop all the weight first then build muscle or just build & do alot of cardio!!
me too....Do i have to burn fat before I start to weight train, i have heard conflicting stories, like bulking up and slimming down counter act each other and stuff, i'm 6ft 1" and about 16 Stone, I would like to loose about 2Stone of fat and tone up.. what do i do please ???
You need to do both 30 mins. of weights and 30 mins. of cardio, your diet should be 50% protein 30% Carbs and 20% fats, and try to keep your calories under 2000/day, and you'll start seeing results faster than you think.
I used to weigh 256 of solid lard and tried to lift weights. it was misserable. pullups, pushups, anything with bodyweight made me wanna eat a bullet. so then I lost all that weight got down to 175 and in 1.5 years im back up to 230. def lose some poundage first. youll get into it and see gains a lot better
things like Iron Man are tailored to what the audience wants and 75% of lifters are meatheads with no real concept of proper training. Basic lifts are the power lifting competition lifts. Thanks for the compliment though.
lol 75% is to broad... u can just say most starters... otherwise lifters differ fromt rying to stay in shapw to bodybuilders... and you shouldnt even talk bro ur mad small.. prob in a 120 division... so yeh my advice would be a mass gainer and 1-2 year bulk... good luck seeya on stage bro
dude, that's awesome. and you don't look oversize3d and strange either. how long did this process take? like from the beginning to 0:44? You really inspire me, man.
No one gives a fuck if u find this guy unattractive! If u like fat guys then thats your business. This guy worked his ass off and all u fat fuckers need to stop hating!
haha, thanks! a lot of girls seem to not like the contest physique (aka 2% BF or so) but once the season is over and I'm back at 8-10%, you know who they're eyeballing.
After you bulked up, did you use lighter weights/higher reps to get ripped? Or did u just do more cardio and trained with the same weights when you where bulking up? Thanks!

I'm 18 and ive been training since i was 16, ive worked out maybe 60% of this time i'm 165 pounds and more muscular than this dude i weight 220 lbs. I have been smoking pot, i have not been strict with the food, i have been smoking ordinary cigarettes too and i have been drinking. This transformation is just pathetic. There are competitions in all weightclasses you can compete as a dwarf weighing 70 pounds, this dude is nothing but a skeleton with some other human tisue covering it.
you'e full of shit homie. ive been training non-stop for 3 years and im not as muscular as this guy yet. u might be bigger, but youre sure as hell not more muscular
I could look like this in a couple of months, if i deffed. If you mean muscular in how defined your muscles are, i might not be, but i ahve bigger muscles. So in that sentence i am more muscular. You say you have been training in 3 years, some people just don't know how to do it right.
trust me i know what im doing. but your muscles can look bigger and be covered with a layer of fat. this guy has more muscle mass. if u took off all your body fat, you wouldnt be as big as this guy. well u might, i weight 170 and im bigger than this guy too but im not as defined and i have more body fat. this guys is like 0%bf
I'm sorry homie, i guess your just an extreme hardgainer. Ive worked out pure and honest, and i don't give a fuck if you believe me or not homie. If youve been working out 3 years without building that much your nothing but a joke homie. Sit your ass infront of your micro wave oven and hope your genetics will change.
hey man, you dont know me. i dont want to make a bigthing out of this. maybe u know something i dont. i work out aprox 4 days a week. what would u suggest i change? im not here to argue. i want to learn
Funny how so many people ask "what did you take?" Results are 90% training, 9% diet and 1% suppliments. If I could have 1/2 the money back that I spent on suppliments in the 90's I could buy a car. The only suppliment worth taking is creatine and results are not dependant on it. All other suppliments are snake oil. (protein powder is not a suppliment. It's food)
hahahaha, are you kidding? 90% training and 9% diet? jeez. well i agree you need goos rutins in the gym but no way that building body is 90% about training. its the food that makes you grow, and the gym help you
decide where you wanna put on some muscles. id say 70% diet and 30% training. try to fuck you diet and keep train and see what happens. concentrate on diet and see you lifting as a secondary thing and you will grow big, and stay big.

yea, i know. it's an issue i've been trying to work out for a while now. i think it might have to do with the fact that i was a cross country runner for 5 years, legs never were adapted to growing and lifting, no excuses though!
Right now I'm trying a reduced carb diet and some basic cardio (jogging, cycling.) I just gotta get the skin to vacuum seal over the muscle and get rid of the extra fat haha.
Really nice body dude. It amazes me that a person with that body can achieve so much. Cuz i'm more or less like you, it motivates me to keep on the hard work. Cheers.

Going through exactly the same process: cooking, grocery-shopping, grilling(used Foreman Grill though), and PUMPING IRON(w/out a partner...) to finally shred it down to 155 lbs for competition... Now I feel like making a video, hopefully, as good as yours.
Regarding your response to momomuscle, I agree 100%.
i jst wanna say u should be proud of your acomplishments. People probably called u skinny and tried to bring u down in a way to make themselves feel better, but now look at u :p Good job on stickin with it and i hope u keep stickin with it for the rest of your life. Congrats
Wow. Congratulations for the great job and this cool video. Just watch the position of your back when you pose, as I think it looks a little weird and it could be taking some points from your score (well, or adding them since that how it works in BB). Keep it up.
yea, i noticed a lot of mistakes in my posing that I'll be working on, such as leaning too far back on lat spreads, not bending my legs slightly on almost everything, and keeping my glutes tights. Live and learn.
Excellent video! Now this is what bodybuilding is all about. At what part did you enjoy the most, when you were your biggest or when you were on stage just shredded?
I dont know exactly. Obviously bulking and being big are much more enjoyable to do than cutting down, but you get a lot more looks from people when you're shredded. Ups and downs, but if I had to choose, I'd rather be smashing tons of food and weights bulking up. Looking forward to the next 1-2 years of growth.

Bench Press

EZ-Curls

Approx. changes in 6 rep weights:
Bench: 130 -> 245
Dead: 180 -> 425
Squat: 150 -> 315
EZ-Curls are not a basic lift. Also, not bragging about these numbers since they aren't special, just answering the question.

manda037 4 years ago
"Muscle Juice" for sure!!
part of weight gaining includes intake at least 2000 calories a day(on average)
one serving of muscle juice has 1020 calories!! 55g protein, 126g carbs!
all those are needed for gaining weight, and muscle juice gives you a shitload.

At what part did you enjoy the most, when you were your biggest or when you were on stage just shredded?
momomuscle 5 years ago
I dont know exactly. Obviously bulking and being big are much more enjoyable to do than cutting down, but you get a lot more looks from people when you're shredded. Ups and downs, but if I had to choose, I'd rather be smashing tons of food and weights bulking up. Looking forward to the next 1-2 years of growth.
