  • some people make studies, other flex muscles and burn their skin

  • wwwwwwwwwwwwwooowwwwwwwwww nice jobbbbb i believe of you

  • awesome job buddy!!

  • wht kind of roids?

  • your back is very sexy.

  • Tan and greasy dude flexing all over eachother. Oh Come on there's nothing gay about that.

  • me cago en la WMG, no voy a comprar un disco de ese sello en mi puta vida

  • @cybuster4 how does people get so big? what do they eat, and train?

  • @KrBandidas It's a hell of alot of hard workouts and dieting. Supplements as protein powder and creatine, and get some carbohydrates and protein after work-outs. Takes years of dieting and correct workout

  • How did you get cut and bulk up at the same time?

  • thats a fuckin amazing body! how long did it take?

  • impressive

  • So, how long was this transformation? How many years were you doing this?

  • with my 6 meals a day I can safely say I'm not under 2000c a day.....& that's eating clean.

  • Your Transfomation smashweights is proberbly the most impressive I've seen!! I want to do this transformation & I know I can, my problem is I need to lose weight aswell as Build muscle, I'm not sure if I should drop all the weight first then build muscle or just build & do alot of cardio!!

  • me too....Do i have to burn fat before I start to weight train, i have heard conflicting stories, like bulking up and slimming down counter act each other and stuff, i'm 6ft 1" and about 16 Stone, I would like to loose about 2Stone of fat and tone up.. what do i do please ???

  • You need to do both 30 mins. of weights and 30 mins. of cardio, your diet should be 50% protein 30% Carbs and 20% fats, and try to keep your calories under 2000/day, and you'll start seeing results faster than you think.

  • I used to weigh 256 of solid lard and tried to lift weights. it was misserable. pullups, pushups, anything with bodyweight made me wanna eat a bullet. so then I lost all that weight got down to 175 and in 1.5 years im back up to 230. def lose some poundage first. youll get into it and see gains a lot better

  • I hate it that all the transformers who post videos nevhever posts their basic lifts like:

    Bench Press

    Dips

    EZ-Curls

    etc etc!

    No comparrison from pics!

  • Approx. changes in 6 rep weights:

    Bench: 130 -> 245

    Dead: 180 -> 425

    Squat: 150 -> 315

EZ-Curls are not a basic lift. Also, not bragging about these numbers since they aren't special, just answering the question.

  • Actually, EZ-Curls have been used as a base lift in Iron Man! And i find it intresting to know :)! nice bench man :)

  • things like Iron Man are tailored to what the audience wants and 75% of lifters are meatheads with no real concept of proper training. Basic lifts are the power lifting competition lifts. Thanks for the compliment though.

  • You talk like youre a real pro lifter! :)

Well i find EZ-Curls to be fun, afterall BodyBuilding started mainly as a attract women sport didnt it ? :)

And for some bizzare reason women find Biceps to be such a fears muscle!

  • lol 75% is to broad... u can just say most starters... otherwise lifters differ fromt rying to stay in shapw to bodybuilders... and you shouldnt even talk bro ur mad small.. prob in a 120 division... so yeh my advice would be a mass gainer and 1-2 year bulk... good luck seeya on stage bro

  • This video makes me want to drink a protein shake.

  • very good

  • sick back dude

  • what is the name of the song?????

  • you are exquisite... i think i am in love

  • damn how old where you on this competition?

  • I had just turned 21. I'll never forget that either because my birthday was 3 weeks out from the competition and that meant absolutely no alcohol.

  • Hey smashweights, how tall are you? thanks

  • 5'9"

  • Hey smash when you started off your training did you lift light or go straight in heavy??

How much cardio did you do??

  • how long from the start to right before competition?

  • Dude, he looks decent. Im sure he will get alot bigger. But not bad so far. Give him a break.

  • Very inspirational.good work

  • wow you're a hero men

  • remember 2 work out those legs or u will have chiken legs

  • So how big are you now?

  • fuck you

  • Hey. im a track runner, javulin thrower, and outside linebacker and im pretty strong.

I bench 200, squat 230, and clean bout 175. and staying at 170 constantly.

But IVE been trying to get ripped like u....any tips will be much obliged. like on lifts for areas of the body, supplements, websites, or anything.

    Thanks for the help

    -Chris

  • bodybuilding . com - the only site you'll need, check out the forum

  • 10 secs was pretty gay

  • lol whats up at 0:56?

  • dude, that's awesome. and you don't look oversize3d and strange either. how long did this process take? like from the beginning to 0:44? You really inspire me, man.

  • about a year and a half.

  • That IS good work. Seriously. Keep it up ;)

  • Runners become bodybuilders! I need some tips!

  • Train, Eat,Eat,Eat, Sleep

Dont over complicate things if your skinny!

Get a good work out routine and hit it hard in the gym!

  • don't care bad comment :D you're attractive. attracted me even :3

  • ew i dont really find that attractive at all

  • No one gives a fuck if u find this guy unattractive! If u like fat guys then thats your business. This guy worked his ass off and all u fat fuckers need to stop hating!

  • haha, thanks! a lot of girls seem to not like the contest physique (aka 2% BF or so) but once the season is over and I'm back at 8-10%, you know who they're eyeballing.

  • After you bulked up, did you use lighter weights/higher reps to get ripped? Or did u just do more cardio and trained with the same weights when you where bulking up? Thanks!

  • same workouts. lighter weight/reps isn't necessary. I still stuck with 4-8 reps throughout my cut and did high intensity cardio.

  • i know that the song at the end is called "papercut" by LP but it's a remix.. what's the name of the remix? plz tell me!

  • great progress!

i would say work on those calves and pecs and maybe get bigger arms, although your arms are already pretty jacked. Good work.

  • respect this body without steroid!!!

  • looks like you concentrated on the upper body more than lower

  • it looks that way, but I've experimented with the most modifications to my program trying to get my legs to grow more effectively with little effect.

  • Oops, i meant i weight 165 pounds and i bench 220 lbs :P

  • you'e full of shit homie. ive been training non-stop for 3 years and im not as muscular as this guy yet. u might be bigger, but youre sure as hell not more muscular

  • I could look like this in a couple of months, if i deffed. If you mean muscular in how defined your muscles are, i might not be, but i ahve bigger muscles. So in that sentence i am more muscular. You say you have been training in 3 years, some people just don't know how to do it right.

  • trust me i know what im doing. but your muscles can look bigger and be covered with a layer of fat. this guy has more muscle mass. if u took off all your body fat, you wouldnt be as big as this guy. well u might, i weight 170 and im bigger than this guy too but im not as defined and i have more body fat. this guys is like 0%bf

  • Trust me if i lost my bodyfat i would look bigger than him.

  • Well this maybe you didn´t do it totally legal, but this guy did?

  • I'm sorry homie, i guess your just an extreme hardgainer. Ive worked out pure and honest, and i don't give a fuck if you believe me or not homie. If youve been working out 3 years without building that much your nothing but a joke homie. Sit your ass infront of your micro wave oven and hope your genetics will change.

  • hey man, you dont know me. i dont want to make a bigthing out of this. maybe u know something i dont. i work out aprox 4 days a week. what would u suggest i change? im not here to argue. i want to learn

  • Yeah sure man, i can give you a couple of tips. But ill write in your message box instead.

  • how tall are you? just trying to figure out height to weight ratio. what was ur BF % at the showing here also? thanks!

  • WHich do you think is the best proten shake/pill/anyting to make someone average skinnier?

  • "Muscle Juice" for sure!!

part of weight gaining includes intake at least 2000 calories a day(on average)

one serving of muscle juice has 1020 calories!! 55g protein, 126g carbs!

all those are needed for gaining weight, and muscle juice gives you a shitload.

*this is to "manda037" just incase this response doesn't show up under your comment

  • Awesome results, crappy music. (why does every white guy wanna be a wigger these days?)

  • congratulations!!! YOU ARE SPECTACULAR

  • --fort minor--

  • u sure i thought it was linkin park, anyway their both gay

  • who sings this song??? its very good

  • oh man this is frigan awesome! this makes me want to do what you did asap.

im just wondering what exactly you took, not so much the name brands... just what different things you took for supplements

  • Funny how so many people ask "what did you take?" Results are 90% training, 9% diet and 1% suppliments. If I could have 1/2 the money back that I spent on suppliments in the 90's I could buy a car. The only suppliment worth taking is creatine and results are not dependant on it. All other suppliments are snake oil. (protein powder is not a suppliment. It's food)

  • hahahaha, are you kidding? 90% training and 9% diet? jeez. well i agree you need goos rutins in the gym but no way that building body is 90% about training. its the food that makes you grow, and the gym help you

decide where you wanna put on some muscles. id say 70% diet and 30% training. try to fuck you diet and keep train and see what happens. concentrate on diet and see you lifting as a secondary thing and you will grow big, and stay big.

  • wow!! impressive dedication. great physique. In just a year and a half. Tip of the hat!!

  • How long did this take?

  • Absolutely awesome transformation. Very impressive, abs in particular. One hot muscle dude. Congratluations!

  • how long did it take?

  • I hope that I can make the same transformation!

  • Work hard and don't give up! I'm working on my physique too.

  • Thanks for the encouragement!

  • you skinny monkey

  • u sexy thing, what exercises do u do for your rear deltoids? i find it really hard to build them up

  • cheers man ;)

  • fort minor - remember the name

  • at the beginning**

  • what is this song called??

  • great transformation

but i must say you look alot leaner and bigger on the midway of the movie

you shoudent have cuttet with out any supiror musclemass, now ull need to bulk op again before u can gain

so just bulk and train untill u got crazy muscle mass, every thin other is just waist

  • CONGRATULATION~!!!

  • whats up with the foot, u make urself look like muscley panzy!

  • gl on your trip to 200

  • wow youre a real hunk! your biceps are absolutely sexy!

  • wow. great body.. from twink to hunk.. the body look very natural, bt then again how can you look like that within 6months of disaplines?? hands off to you.

  • wow all of them bobybuilders have no fat wat so ever

  • Good work!

  • hey smashweights..ive been working out for like 6 months now and seeing results because ive gains 25 lbs.....but how many months or years of workout did it take you to get how you are now?

  • it's stated in the video ;)

  • when it starts back up, kinda plateaued for a while

  • Very down to earth. Put a couple pounds on your calves for me. Keep it up. I have been cutting down for years now but then again I am lazy. This makes be want to join the gym.

  • well done keep the training up

  • well done mate..very impressive

  • what was a typical day of eating?

  • cutting down or bulking up?

  • bulking up do you have a bodyspace?

  • hey man pretty damn impressive, i was 120 when i started a year ago, am at 160 now and wanna get up to 180. i noticed your upperbody kinda overpowers your legs in terms of shredness. just work more on them. and yeah i could've sworn i've seen some of those pics on one of hte groups on facebook!

  • yea, i know. it's an issue i've been trying to work out for a while now. i think it might have to do with the fact that i was a cross country runner for 5 years, legs never were adapted to growing and lifting, no excuses though!

  • steroids (looks like it anyway)

  • are you serious? i'll take that as a compliment anyway...

  • man I WANT your abs, I feel like I gotta jog 5 miles a day to get to where your at

  • try high intensity interval training and a reduced carb diet

  • Right now I'm trying a reduced carb diet and some basic cardio (jogging, cycling.) I just gotta get the skin to vacuum seal over the muscle and get rid of the extra fat haha.

  • man...thats amazing...how long did it take you to get the way you looked at minute 1:20?

  • Thx :)

  • What´s the title of the first song in this video?

    ..nice video

  • Remember The Name - Fort Minor

  • sure gay competition lol.. i train my muscul but for the boxe ring not for a gay show rofl

  • awesome!!!!

  • Really nice body dude. It amazes me that a person with that body can achieve so much. Cuz i'm more or less like you, it motivates me to keep on the hard work. Cheers.

  • that makes me confident when I compete. How old are you?

  • twenty one

  • thats fuckin amazing bro...good job

  • very well done

  • How long did the whole process take? It looks like it was at least a couple of years.

  • at the end it says. That was aboiut a year and a half of bulking and about 10 weeks of cutting.

  • You added all that size in a year and a half... That's impressive. What training routine did you use? How did you come up with it? Was it a book or on-line or did you do a lot of research and experimenting and then choose what worked best for you?

  • Yep, I started out using Max-OT and just modified the rep range from 4-6, 6-8, 8-10 every 8 weeks. Occastionally throwing in an 8 week session with drop sets. But always low volume and low frequency. I'm just now experimenting with frequency changes.

  • Thanks. I checked out the Max-OT page. It looks like a pretty intense program -- a good place to start.

How about you? It's been three months since you posted this. You must have made some decent gains by now.

  • Well yea, coming off being ~151 lbs. from the show day, i've put it all back on and then some. Hit 181 today so I'm very happy and focusing on my weak points.

  • Wow. Thirty pounds in three months? That's incredible. I'd wish you good luck with your goal but it doesn't look like you need it!

Thanks again for pointing me toward Max-OT and I'm looking forward to "Transformation II: 200 and Beyond."

  • It's not hard to gain weight back after you've dropped down like that. I put about 10 back on the first week off my diet.

  • I guess the challenge will be the next 20 lbs.

  • Bryan, Congratulations on building yourself up from a runner to a champion bodybuilder! Great job man. Good luck with building to 200!

  • Yo whut did you do to gut down from 176?? Whut kinda cardio and whut were you takin?

  • you became pretty hot gj!

  • yea dude you got it...i think im gonna get back into lifting now...what do you use as a weight gainer...other than food

  • nothing really, i usually add protein shakes in with whole food meals. the only exception is post workout I use MRM gainer (cause it was dirt cheap) and ON whey.

  • Congratulations!!

You just made me remember the first time I hit the 170-lb mark--How great it was to have the feeling of being HUGE and RIPPED (after weighing 142 in high school). Going through exactly the same process: cooking, grocery-shopping, grilling(used Foreman Grill though), and PUMPING IRON(w/out a partner...) to finally shred it down to 155 lbs for competition... Now I feel like making a video, hopefully, as good as yours.

Regarding your response to momomuscle, I agree 100%.

  • i jst wanna say u should be proud of your acomplishments. People probably called u skinny and tried to bring u down in a way to make themselves feel better, but now look at u :p Good job on stickin with it and i hope u keep stickin with it for the rest of your life. Congrats

  • UR AWESOME!!!

  • wow..i think ur hot...wats ur phone number

  • lol, you're retarded Thi...

  • Wow. Congratulations for the great job and this cool video. Just watch the position of your back when you pose, as I think it looks a little weird and it could be taking some points from your score (well, or adding them since that how it works in BB). Keep it up.

  • yea, i noticed a lot of mistakes in my posing that I'll be working on, such as leaning too far back on lat spreads, not bending my legs slightly on almost everything, and keeping my glutes tights. Live and learn.

  • your vascularity is AWESOME...

    would love to see more....

  • Excellent video! Now this is what bodybuilding is all about. At what part did you enjoy the most, when you were your biggest or when you were on stage just shredded?

  • I dont know exactly. Obviously bulking and being big are much more enjoyable to do than cutting down, but you get a lot more looks from people when you're shredded. Ups and downs, but if I had to choose, I'd rather be smashing tons of food and weights bulking up. Looking forward to the next 1-2 years of growth.
