I Still don't get it, what is the benefit of the Brixton Pound. If you can only use it in Brixton. Sounds like there just trying to trap people into not traveling out of ends to shop/spend their money! Where is the Benefit in that? Someone please tell me.

Yes, what is the benefit to the consumer.

e.g. you travel to Brixton and go shopping, You receive some Brixton pounds in your change back home where you can't spend it.

Great idea! Weakening the strangle-hold of corporate control on local communities is a positive step towards a more sustainable future. as the rest of the world sleep-walks in to a nightmare it's good to see people out there taking the initiative.

@ganetsadventure The further the Brixton pounds goes the better off we all will be; even though it's backed by the pound, it won't get destroyed, since it wasn't created as debt. Beautiful. Watch the favourites on my channel for understanding, especially 'Money as debt'
