Dr. Slump, yeah and in one of the other episodes in Dr. Slump he managed to take out Goku and Kid Buu and she almost got killed, there is no way that she is any close to the levels of the other characters in DBZ, DB maybe, DBZ only Videl and Hercule

yeah, her house got blown up, the computer warned her that its going to be dangerous and a bad idea and she still went on with it, and while they were fighting she just jumped in there, she actually ran towars the guys who she has no chance standing up to and nearly got killed, but i think the episode ended while she ran to the fight

This was in the remake though, and the remake's to Dr. Slump what GT is to DB so... The fact stands that Arale's done things even SSJ3 Goku can't do.

what? no there is no way she is the same league than a Super Saiyan, its just impossible, if that was the case then her attack would have killed General Blue, even her running really fast would create canyons

So obviously Cell isn't as powerful as a Super Saiya-jin either, otherwise Hercule would have died when Cell backhanded him. And Kid Buu isn't as strong as a Super Saiya-jin or Hercule would have died when he punched him. Arale split the earth in HALF with a finger. Even SSJ3 Goku would need to use a Ki blast to do something like that.

Though I can say you're wrong about the Saiya-jins being able to split the Earth with a finger. Even Kid Buu was using energy bombs for planet destroying. And the Earth and Supreme Kais planet held together rather well despite being punched several times during the Android and Buu sagas.
