why did a smash ball appear?

Sometimes D3 randomly plucks Capsules instea of Waddledees and that capsule will sometimes have random things in it. It just so happened that a smashball came out of that one, then a pokeball out of the second.

The following match, I plucked 4 bob-ombs with peach o-o

ACTUALLY, If you turn items "all off" (just turning item SPAWN to zero wont fix it) then it wont happen. Only Peach has the ability to TRULY pull sabers, bobombs, and Mr. Saturns when items are turned "all off".

Again, just turning random spawn off still allows this plucking ability.

it's because items were either on and none. or items were none and on

look at the item select when u choose your character

by tourney rules items must be off and none so things like this don't happen
