I always hear you guys saying, that celiac is so well known in Europe. I'm from Germany and I have celiac. But there is nothing like celiac awareness here as far as I know. We have a sort of association for celiac, but they mostly keep to themselves and don't "spread the word" like you do. I even read a German doctor denying Mayo Clinics' study findings, saying that celiac wasn't as common as they say and that there was "no need to panic".
