Pamlico County hasn't had a decent ROTC ami since 2005. I should know I graduated in 2006 as the MCPO of the unit.
Fact is the limitations placed by a school atmosphere put a large amount of restriction on the discipline that can be enforced to fix high school attitudes. Makes for a pretty shitty time training them.
