Makes me feel like I lost a game that was rigged against me. No hard feelings, the cards don't usually fall in the player's favor. Move on, take a drink of bubbly in the grace of loss and don't let it bug you at all.
@MissouriKid88 lets see if my memory is in tact, is that the episode when Golducot took over the station and Sisco and the rest of them took it back? If thats the one yes indeed i do
@halo2isgod No, but close. The one I'm thinking of is when they landed on the newly taken planet and Nog lost his leg to a Jem' Hadar blast. Bashir played it to soothe the nerves of all the soldiers awaiting the attack.
@MissouriKid88 oh yes thats a great one! I loved that phaser battle on the planet, i watched that one around 3 in the morning so every phaser shot hurt my eyes though lol. It's good to see other people appreciate a great series
@halo2isgod DS9 is my all time favorite Star Trek series, mainly because its NOT on a starship. It takes you away from the clean-cut, pretty bridges and into the world of the real Federation. You see the grunts, the hard choices and the real fighitng that goes on, not just the exploration.
@MissouriKid88 ya i got to agree with you there, although if you like DS9 and if you can stand bad graphics then you should watch the original series with Captain Kirk. He does some exploration and a lot of fighting, i really don't like the next generation with Picard as much though. DS9 unlike any of the other series like you said before really captures the grunts and the hard choices well, it's unique compared to it's fellow series
I found James Darren through DS9, but, now I'm hooked! TV is sorely lacking with no Star Trek. Mr. Darren as Vic Fontaine was a fine example of what made Star Trek so consistently great. Wonderful characters, smart writing, and GREAT acting!
James Darren,Vic Fontaine, its really all about a sense of class and dignity in entertainment which is now lost to us.Thank you for Making Ds9 elegant,Love ya Pallie!
@MrBuddydan That's the point. This kind of entertainment has vanished in most parts of the world. I would go and see those kind of people every evening if I could.
@fantacmet I did not know any thing about him untill i saw him in Season 7 of Star Trek Deep Space 9 last year. James Darren's character Vic Fontane was very encouraging and positive .

@halo2isgod I miss Vic Fontaine and his soothing tunes. Remember the siege where they played "I'll Be Seeing You"?

Since I got my copy of the sixth season of DS9, the expression "Tom, Dick & Harry" always brings me back to this song. And, I feel no shame!

I've listened to this song a few dozen times tonight. I waited too long and she paired off with someone else.

That's cool. He still beats the snot out of Sinatra in my opinion though. Nothing can beat Nancy Sinatra though, SHE'S HOT!
