Why would anyone want you on their team, all you do is lone wolf. Certainly not a team player by the looks of those clips, just happy to pick up the sniper and pick up easy kills or go for ridiculous plays. A person deserving of a team is a team-player, and no-matter how skilled your individuals are, you won't win unless they perform as a team.

@camscott8 what you say is true, but you have to be aware of the context of my game time. i am per definition a lone wolf. i have no team to compete with so i join mlg matchmaking by myself. what you recieve are people who are not even using a headset or having a good understanding in the game. well then i turn out to be the slayer you just described. on the other hand i have so much respect for people playing in a team that i would do everything needed to be part of one. i am a good team player
